I thought I would share with everyone something that I have learned over the last 43 years in this industry. We sometimes forget what brings about success in our business. Besides having strong goals, a commitment to succeed and a passion for our products and opportunity, we still need to take good old fashion ACTION.
I have talked with Distributors who tell me that they “want their business to grow faster” and I remind them that they have complete control over how fast or how slow their business grows on a daily basis. It’s not the growth of their business that is in question; it’s their personal growth as a person working the business that determines the growth of the business.  Here is a checklist to see if you are on track with the SEVEN BASIC ACTION STEPS:

1.    How many hours a day or week do you devote to your business? (Pencil them in on your monthly calendar)
2.    In that time you penciled in, are you doing busy work or actually “Talking to new prospects and or your down line? “The secret to this business is don’t keep it a secret”
3.    Do you have a DAILY GOAL of how many people you talk to about your product and business and do you adhere to it?
4.    Are you carrying your “List of Names” log and Adding to it every day”?
5.    How many appointments do you set up weekly
6.    Are you attending conference calls, meetings and visiting your back office for updates on a regular basis?
7.    Do you have your written and visual goals posted on your refrigerator or bedroom or bathroom mirrors?
Use this list as a reminder to see if you are in fact TAKING ACTION. These simple 7 questions is a way to begin a real plan to insure a growing business. Teach it to every new person.
Remember, People don’t plan to FAIL, they fail to PLAN and TAKE ACTION on their plan!!
